Paper weight? Quality?** A: The pads I bought are fine except that markers leak thru to the next page,...ballpoints work fine, the most expensive, I imagine don't leak thru but I haven't tried them... **Q: Is the paper toothy at all? I prefer writing with pencil on toothy paper** A: I was not familiar with the term "toothy" until I googled it (seems like it is a kind of paper very popular with artists). These paper is pretty smooth to me (aka not very "toothy"). The color of the page also seems to not contrast very well with pencils (IMO). I find it more difficult to read pencil writing (which is why I use exclusively pens on this paper).
