The softest tissue around!!
I have been using these tissues for a number of years. They are the softest, most durable tissue. There is no."dust" from them...the paper effect. I just wish they were more accessible less expensive.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY!
Having loved the actual Kleenex Cool Touch tissues in past and struggling to explain just how they actually felt to a friend (which is not like menthol), I purchased this item - $30 including shipping, but I figured why not if it’s hard to find. What I received was a poorly packaged, damaged box of the Cooling Lotion tissues that can be had for a fraction of the price. Because this is a third party seller, Amazon isn’t refunding the item either. BUYER BEWARE.

My favorite Kleenex. They are soft, thick, and have a cool feeling. The price I paid was better than at a brick and mortar store.

Packaging was destroyed and taped back together
Although I did receive Kleenex cool touch tissues. The box was unrecodnizable. I addition to being a different design, one side of the box was open. The other side had been opened and someone taped it shut. When the protective cover was removed, the tape tore off the surface of the box. I plan to use the tissues, but will need to find another way to store them

This is not what I received. It was supposed to be cool touch tissues. Not lotion tissues.
