AWESOME dont forget the core ejection system from this same comapny
Hole EE crap does this thing cut. If you want a smooth finish on wood "DON'T BUY THIS". However if you just want to hog out a lot of holes really quick "BUY THIS NOW". In my work we build very large molds. The size of big cars. I mean large molds. Now during this process we have to cut between 100 and 300 - 5 inch holes in the 5/8" OSB wooden torsion box forms. We were using regular, high end, hole saws. They worked fin but it was a long process taking one man 3 to 7 hours to complete. I am not exaggerating here when I tell you that this has cut that time by 75% with far less effort on the technicians side. This is using the same cordless drill as we used before also. After this we finish with sanding the hole area but we did this before also. Then when you combine this hole saw with the core ejection system this same company makes you have the golden ticket combination.

A great tool!
I buy a lot on Amazon and never write a review but for this item I feel compelled to boost about what a great tool. You do need to buy the center shaft to integrate with this. I needed to drill 5 inch holes in 2 inch thick landscaping concrete stepping stones. This worked better than I expected, took less than 2 minutes each. I used a water spray bottle to keep the area wet to cool the bit and keep down the dust. A great product!

Great product
This was used to cur through a cinderblock basement wall. The bottom of the cut went through the top row of cinderblocks that was filled with poured cement. This saw still cut a perfectly round hole. Professional job.

Great hole saw blade
Great hole saw blade. Little pricey. Really cranks through the 4x stock we were cutting. Max depth might be a little better than 2" even.

Awesome
This thing was amazing. Was leary of buying it buy it exceeded my expectations. I used it for an unusual job - cutting coves on a 6x6 pressure treated post. Used at a slow speed and worked fine...
