I was going for that reclaimed look for some extra storage for my Golden Girls merchandise. I was checking out local stores in my city and similar shelves would’ve cost me over double. These come with heavy duty brackets and great screws. The shelves are thick and solid. I really have mine loaded up with heavy Golden Girls items and they aren’t budging. (They are mounted to studs with supplied screws). The Golden plated brackets really add an extra touch to my darker tanned painted wall and well, overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Because they are three difference sizes from small to large. Endless decor options from zig zaggin, floating on top, pretty much endless opportunities. Not sure how many pounds it can hold but it holds my products well and I say it's about 10 pounds of products on each shelf I have.

These shelves are really easy to install and the white and "gold" match well with any color and decor style. There are two different options for how you set them up, with the brackets rising up over the shelf or with the brackets under the shelf. I set mine up with the brackets under the shelf because I think it looks nicer and it seems like it will be sturdier. I will be putting them up in my youngest son's room so he has a nice area to store his favorite toys and rocks, but I haven't yet because we have to repaint the room first. So in the mean time I have put them up in the living room to make sure they are as sturdy as they look. So far, so good!

I really like these shelves. So much so that I bought another set. They are really sturdy if you use wall anchors or screw into studs. Some folks noted that they wished there were pre-drilled holes and I can understand why. These can be hung in 2 different ways, so it gives you options. I marked and drilled tiny pilot holes and screwed in the brackets and it worked out great.

The item is beautiful and of good quality. However, you have to drill in your own holes which is difficult due to the wood being thick

These shelves does not come pre-drilled. I had to line up the metal brackets on the shelves and mark the holes on the boards where I needed to drill. I used a regular screwdriver to put the holes in my board because that was all I had, but if you have an electric drill then this process would be quicker. The sleek design of the board makes it difficult to drill, it took me an half an hour to put these together.Although I'm satisfied with this purchase, if I knew this item didn't come pre-drilled I wouldn't have bought it. There are other shelves out there around the same price point where all you have to do is assemble the item. I only recommend this to those of you who have the tools handy and don't mind having to take that extra step in putting it together. I had to use white nail polish to mark my holes for drilling lol I was not prepared for this.

These shelves are super cute and I’ve been using them to hold extra glasses in my kitchen. They’re sturdy and easy to put up the wood just doesn’t have predrilled holes so it took some time to put them together.

I purchased these shelves to go in my babies nursery. I absolutely LOVED the shape of the brackets. So I took a chance and ordered them. I personally didn’t love the look of them in the space with the other pieces we had already purchased, but when I tried finding similar brackets one pair was more than this entire set cost and the quality actually is really great. I ended up purchasing a piece of wood and cutting three shelves the same size to fit our space better and spray painted the brackets because the gold color was just too bright for my likely. I literally completely changed the look but only because it worked best for our needs and it was super easy if you are wanting this look but not exactly it. (Bonus info, Home Depot will make a few basic cuts to wood for you for free if you don’t have a saw at home)Let me add that I 100% could have mounted the shelves just as they came and they would have been sturdy and perfect. They just didn’t fit my look. I would absolutely recommend this product though if it is what you are looking for, but know that the gold is not the same as the currently trendy popular gold. It is a might brighter gold
