I am having sciatica issues and this tape is a life saver. It stays on SO much better than all the other tapes I have used (and I have used almost all of the top-rated tapes…). Even though it stays on very well, if it is time to change the tape, it comes off without taking my skin with it. I hit it with my hairdryer on low heat before removing tape. Then I dry brush the application area & lightly apply rubbing alcohol to remove oils and prepare my skin for a new application. I’ll order again when my supply is running low, but this is a HUGE roll of tape—will last a long time. Oh—the dispenser box is a plus—very handy— and it keeps the tape roll tidy & clean.

I’ve tried several different brands of kt, including Rocktape (normal and h20 edge) and KT Pro Extreme and this tape outperforms all of them. The others all start peeling the same day if I do any form of exercise or the next day at best,even after I’ve cleaned the area before applying. It also seems to have more oomph. By that I mean it just feels more supportive. I had this on one wrist and Rocktape on the other at one point, and this one felt more secure/didn’t peel as fast. This one is also much cheaper, and convenient to cut because the box is made so you can pull out as much as you need, easily, without opening it & the back has grid lines that are super helpful for more precise cutting. That being said, if you’re not careful, this tape could take your skin off. I have to really take my time getting it off, which is a trade off I take for the effectiveness. If I used oil like they recommend I’m sure it’d be easier but I never feel like it. It’s pretty easy to find a video of how to tape specific areas but I appreciate that they have an online visual/text guide as well. This will probably be my go-to tape going forward.

Great value! I have tried the other major name brand tapes and this one is on par with the best, but costs less in return for buying bulk. You do need to use scissors to cut the strips to the length you desire, and it can be a bit tricky separating the tape from the backing, but that is typical of any brand of Kinesiology tape I have used. Very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Holds up well after extensive exercise and sweating, and can be worn in the shower without coming off, although the tape could get loose while showering if you have some areas where the adhesive is not snug to the skin. Overall very pleased with the product and will purchase again. Not for awhile though..this is a big roll of tape!

Best brand of the several I have tried. It is the only one that stays on my feet and legs after swimming a mile in chlorinated water. Mind you, it doesn’t stay on every time I spend an hour swimming in the pool, but it does about 50-65% of the time. The other brands? Almost never. Also, this is the brand least likely to irritate my skin. (I have pretty sensitive skin.) I have used it to aid in healing of plantar fasciitis, strained hamstring, torn hip flexor, and posterior tibial tendinitis. (Am I a runner, you ask? Why, yes, I am!!! How did you know?!?) I know lots of people question the efficacy of kinesiology tape, and I myself do not think it’s a miracle worker. However, it greatly aides in proprioception, which is vital to healing. And I confess, I sorta feel like it’s my visual apology/explanation of “please don’t judge me for running so slowly but as you can see by the yellow tape adorning my battered legs, I am nursing an injury.” So if you are gonna get some kinesiology tape, this is the brand to buy.

No complaints. Soft comfortable kinesiology tape that does the job, and it's a plain beige instead of all the other pattern/color combinations out there which I appreciate. An amazing value at under 40 bucks for over 110 feet. If you use a lot of this stuff and like to retape often vs wearing it through multiple workout/shower sessions I'm not sure how you can go wrong here. The stretchiness and tackiness of this tape is perfect for me. Applied correctly, the tape sticks to both skin and other tape when anchoring. I'm very happy with this purchase and may have found my go to KT brand. Thumbs up, A+, and all of the above.

Doesn't stick? Frays? Comes off overnight? Perhaps, as I can see from the photos with the complaints, that the tape was NOT applied correctly. Do not blame the product when used/applied improperly. Mine stays on for days, through showers and sweat. I use it every day. My lower back was SO tender this morning I couldn't touch it. Three PROPERLY applied strips,12 hours later, zero pain after a six hour shift on my feet. Can't live without it. When sleeping with it on my knees, I use an old tube sock with the toe cut off as a sleeve to prevent the edges from loosening. This is only because a sleep on flannel sheets & the fuzziness can cause curling of the edges. During the day, a knee-high panty hose (cut toe) keeps my pants from curling the edges, but this is only an issue with constant kneeling. Best stuff for pain relief and support. Saved my friends sanity & back when I showed her husband how to apply it. She was 7 months pregnant with healthy twins, those babies were big!

Kinesiology tape is a wonderful way to protect your joints and muscles whether recovering from an injury or using it preventatively. This product is the most reasonably priced due to its size. It is worth it.

I had previously been using rock tape in order to keep my Freestyle Libre sensor attached and it usually lasted about a week before it needed replaced. Spartan tape works exactly the same does what I need it to except the bulk pack makes it significantly more economic.
