You might want to message the manufacturer of your drinking fountain for better information. **Q: Why is it turning water brown/rust color?** A: It does have a type of chlorine in it- if you have well water or iron in the water then it would turn that rust color. **Q: Why does the ad above say there are two fragrances? Description says no odor or taste. ??** A: Good Question! There really isn't much smell, and there is very little flavor--I tasted it. After the dogs drink it, there is a hint of fragrance to their breath, but not like breath spray or mouthwash for people. It is a very good product and helps tremendously with "poodle mouth" better than anything else I have tried.
