There are 2 parts missing that I had on the 13 inch laptop case. The 2 metal parts hold the strap of the laptop in place. With the two parts missing the strap keeps coming off, But when the laptop is actually put in the bag this does not happen and works great. I was initially disappointed and then happy that it works just as well.

Top pocket's zipper wasn't sewn right & came off the track as it was zipped closed. It was because there was nothing sewn on the side to stop it at the end. I wish it didn't happen. Poor quality.
