Baridi Ice Cube Maker 12kg in 24hr Electric with LED Display & 10 Minute Freeze - DH52

This saved my family’s sanity during the heatwaves! Cubes created quickly but needed to be left for a bit to ‘harden’ more so they didn’t melt within seconds of being popped in a drink.

The item it’s self was ok to begin with, but after 7-8 weeks it went wrong it stopped filling with water properly so of course I wanted a replacement ( not my Money back ) but sadly it seemed impossible and trying to return it became very difficult. Firstly Amazon do not collect the item because of the toxic liquid inside the ice maker . The seller ( went out of their way to be difficult after first promising me a replacement and after a week the hadn’t sent one or been In touch. Only To find they didn’t have any stock after speaking to Amazon directly. Eventually after many messages and calling Amazon and taking pictures of the broken item in a box also waiting in 12hrs for a courier that never arrived, I was able to return the item and neither Amazon or the seller keeping to their word I am still out of pocket the entire price of the item With neither a broken ice making machine or my money back. Every word of this sad story is true and factual and I begrudge giving the item 1 star. In short do not buy this item is my recommendation.

Very easy to use and clean, would like the ice cubes to be a bit larger, but that's the only minor issue I have with the machine. I think it is worth the money.

Makes ice which is what we wanted. Had it for 6 months now and it's still going strong.

This produces ice really well and it lasts well in your drink. Highly recommend

Returned the 1st ice maker as it did not have a working full sensor so the ice just kept coming and jamming up the machine. Customer service was good and they returned it saying they had never had this fault reported before. Same courier picked up faulty ice machine and delivered new one. But after a week of use still getting the same fault with this new one. The sensor does not work. You can put your fingers over it and nothing happens. The water empty sensor works though on both machines. Do I am thinking this is a common fault or sensor simply is not operable on this model. I used to have another brand of ice machine and never experienced any such problems in the past so this is not a common fault with all ice makers.
