It something I needed with my Vitamin C, Vitamin E is part of my daily facial ingredient.

They are easy to swallow, the price compared to other brands was great.

This product contains some supplemental ingredients that may help with skin health, including ceramides, which in this case are derived from wheat. Ceramides are found in the epidermis of the skin, and there is some evidence taking them (or applying them) can help with skin health.A few of the other ingredients may also positively impact skin health (including vitamin C and alpha-lipoic acid which act as antioxidants). I have taken ceramides for years, and I can't say they are having an impact for sure, but my skin looks pretty good for my age.

We have more ceramides when younger and, like many things, they decline with age. So, keeping a higher ceramide level should mean more youthful looking skin.While the lotions can be helpful, the best way to receive the benefits of ceramides is internally. This formula includes ceramides, but also adds Vitamin C, B6, B12, and alpha lipoic acid. These are all beneficial, but the main reason to take this is for the ceramides.I don’t know much about the company and can’t find a ton of information online. But, they claim to use a GMP certified facility. While that’s a plus, I wish they added third party testing and were more transparent. This is important in an unregulated field like supplements.

The ceramide capsules I received are dried and crunchy. Outside is not soft as a gel supplement supposed to be. Wondering if it is gone bad.

Capsules started meting after 4 weeks..I keep my house in south Florida ac at 68 degrees year round, none of my other supplements have melted. Otherwise, capsules are a nice size, easy to swallow and tasteless.
