This tube is the same size it has always been, and 8.95 is actually lower than the 12.00 it usually costs!! **Q: Can you use this for the face?** A: I wouldn't, especially if you have sensitive skin. The aromatics used in this hand cream are very strong. There is a reason why it is labeled hand cream, not face cream. **Q: Is Crabtree & Evelyn an animal/cruelty-free brand?** A: They are cruelty free of animals unless the country makes them test on animals they **Q: How to read the production date and expiry information?** A: I checked, but I don't see any numbers that are easy to understand as the production date and/or expiration date. I can tell you that I found some old lotion from years ago in my mother's drawers and I was able to use it without any issue. So it seems to me there is a very long shelf life for the product, even though I am not an expert.
