I buy this headset at least once every 2 years. They work great, noise cancellation isnt the best but it does drown it out a little. Best value, I wont buy any other headset bc of the type of work in I'm, the headset usually stops working bc I drop it or break myself somehow. Had 1 that lasted almost 3 years so 20 bucks for 3 years worth of use, great value in my opinuin

If you want/need an inexpensive Bluetooth microphone headset this product fits the bill. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who spends the bulk of their time on the phone or on video conferences. The sound quality (both transmitting and receiving) is simply 'not there'. Sound coming into the headset is muffled and low, and never seems to be quite loud enough. In tests talking into the mic (both recording and speaking with a live person) the quality is (again) low and tinny. On the plus side, I love the ability to pair the headset to two devices (a phone and computer in my case). It means I can use one device for both phones and video conferences.The build quality of the headset is quite nice. The plastic is nice and sturdy, and there's plenty of plush surfaces for a nice comfortable fit. I do wish the mic could be swiveled down farther, but the flexible arm allows me to position it where desired. Also, I'm not sure why the ear piece collapses/folds. It does nothing to make the headset more portable (i.e. save space), and is actually a little annoying.Again, if you do a lot of phone/video conference work (more than once a day) then spring for a higher quality headset. However, if you just need something for the occasional call, either professionally or personally, then these should be fine.

I drive an old Mack truck and need this to talk and drive. Canceled noise perfectly and easy to use. Battery last forever and it’s comfortable to wear.

These headphones/mic work well but the sound quality is not very good. Not really sure how the user sounds to the person on the other side. But the sound quality for the person using the headset is not very good. Voices sound muffled like all high tones are cut giving a muffled sound. The Bluetooth connection to my phone and computer functioned well, however you cannot get too far before the connection is lost. My experience has been lost connection at about 15 feet.

Headset worked for 2 days. Then would not pair with iPhone. Plus its a little bulky. I have an MPOW headset that I like very much. So, I returned this and purchased a second Mpow [Pro-2] V4.1.

I am a professional OTR truck driver. I use this daily. The charge will get me through an entire day talking for several hours. The best thing about this is the Noise cancellation feature. It filters out all the background noise the truck makes so I don't sound like I'm inside of a cement mixer. This is a quality product.

The headset slips on my head a lot. It’s almost too small and it doesn’t cancel out background noises as was described. Customers can hear my child in the background. The sound isn’t as clear as I would like for it to be. I would not purchase this again.

Like the comfort and ease of use. Great product for the price
