Holy grail scalp exfoliation tool
I bought this brush a while back to use as a scalp massager/exfoliating tool seeing that it has metal bristles (without the round plastic tips that can snag hair) and i would not go back to using anything else. Now, I already own a Breo rechargeable scalp massager that I bought in 2021, it still works just fine but the soft silicon bristles/tips don’t really do it for me as I prefer more vigorous scalp scratching akin to actual fingernails (I love getting shampooed at salons in Vietnam). It functions as a detangling hair brush just fine (I have long hair). One of my all time favorite Amazon purchases. It looks great, sturdy and I use it everyday. Worth the $19.99 I spent on it 5 months ago (Feb 2025). Would buy it again forever. P.s., bought the much cheaper version ($6.95) of this from scalpmaster brand before this and had to return that one because the tips on those metal bristles are not polished (which you can only see irl) so they are raw & sharp and can feel like you are actually tearing into your scalp every time you brush.

Fantastic scalp massage, no static, no frizz
For reference, I have long thick , colored hair. Fantastic scalp massage! There are no tip balls, pins are pretty stiff, effectively gets through thick hair reaching the scalp. Be careful pins feel somewhat sharp. Leaves hair soft bringing hair oils through the lengths of the skin. Detangles without frizz or static. This has replaced my $300 Mason Pearson brush. I’m going to buy another one for my travel bag.

Painful! Wouldn’t recommend.
Bristles started falling out after one use, and it’s painful! Bristles aren’t evenly distributed on the brush so it feels like 2-3 individual spikes scratching your scalp every time you use it.

Expensive but great brush
Love this one. It doesn't have balls at the tips like every other brush. My only disappointment is that I originally bought this from a store for 5 bucks and it disappeared. I understand inflation but the price is too steep now. It's still worth the investment if you detest normal brushes like me.
