How to cook?? Can we prepare with hot water?

Return coffee pot to stovetop and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 10-15 seconds and fill the cups to the rim. Let the coffee sit in cup for 2-3 minutes so coffee grounds settle down before drinking. You can also Use filter to filter coffee particles like you do for tea. Although in Turkish style they don't filter and simply don't drink the settled bottom part.
