This book was recommended to me and I can honestly say that it has helped me so much that I bought a 2nd copy to give to a friend. I would definitely recommended this book to anyone dealing with health anxiety.

I just did a first read through this. For someone who suffers with health anxiety I found the book educational and informative. I think it had some really good activities and practices that seem worth trying. I’m going to now go back through the book and start working through all the exercises to see how much they may or at not help.
