Very comfortable but moves a lot.
Bought a similar pillow by GoodYear at a local store. It was so soft and comfy I wanted another, but the store didn't have any more. I looked on the label and found the the part number. Appeared Amazon had the same thing so I ordered it. Turns out it is not the same. The new one is more firm than the first but it is still very comfortable. We regularly do 2-hour trips and this has made the trip much more comfortable. Both my husband and I are really happy. I gave a 4-star rating because the pillow moves quite a bit on the leather-like car seats. When you get in, the pillow pushes toward the center of the car so you have to adjust it every time you sit down. I wish the bottom of the cushion was textured or covered in material that would stick by static (like the pads you can get for the dashboard that will hold your phone in place) to the car seat. I thought about gluing velcro to the cushion and the car seat, but that would ruin the car seat (in a brand new car). All in all, I would recommend the cushion. It is very comfortable and easier on the body especially on long trips.

Not as comfortable as hoped
They were comfortable but in my Toyota Camry I had the seat as low as possible and still ended up being super high up near the ceiling for being only five foot three. For longer car rides 2+ hours my butt would begin to hurt and the cushion would have lost all its Plushness. It does bounce back quickZ I also bought one for the office and same issue is that sitting in the regular chair I wouldn’t hurt after several hours but with it my butt would. So buyers beware.

It works!
Good product soft and comfortable was using in my car but as the winter come it gets hard at mornings and take time till the car heat to get softer, so I decided to used it with my home office chair, other than that it does work and relieve tha pain in my low back and legs while seated or driving.

Comfortable, but
It's definitely comfortable - butter soft... BUT, it slides around, doesn't stay in place and doesn't give much height (I'm petite) once u sit on it flattens considerably - soooo with that said, not comfortable for driving BUT it is comfortable for office chair home, so not a loss.

Cushion is not firm enough.
This cushion has to be made for someone who weighs under 100 lbs. The foam is way too soft and offers no support or comfort. I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews.
