Best combo of shades and really good customer service
I wanted to do a smokey eye and i also wanted red shades for blush. after hours of searching, this is finally the best combo of shades at this price. The finish is matte, and the shades are highly pigmented, Texture is smooth and and the consistency is good, so its really easy to apply. Note: You might get a damaged product, just like i got but the customer service is really good and the replacement i got is of the best condition.

Lid's busted, glitter everywhere, and one shade's messed up.
I'm really torn on how many stars to give this because what's up with the packaging? A fragile item like an eyeshadow palette should at least come with enough bubble wrap, but there was none. The beautiful bronze shade is damaged and the lid is cracked. Glitter is everywhere in the box. On the other hand, the texture of the cake is super creamy and well-pigmented. I really needed this palette and I love the color so much that I can't even think about returning it. Such a weird experience.

Mold grew on it for no reason.
The pallette was pretty and I loved the shades as well. I don't know if it's just my product but mold grew on it. I have other eyeshadows older than this one that's are completely fine, but this one just became like this gross for no reason. I had just bought it last March.
