I've yet to start taking this supplement as I ordered an Epigenetics vitamin B complex at the same time and have been taking those. Ordinarily I prefer to choose individual supplements like this one to supplement areas where my diet is less than ideal due to my diet being restricted by migraine triggers The slow-release formula could well be a game-changer and I look forward to trying it when I switch from my current B complex to separate supplements in a few days. I've tried out several Epigenetics supplements over the past year and been impressed with all of them, although it's never easy to judge effectiveness unless one has a true deficiency in the first place. These B2 capsules are fairly small, as capsules go, so should be easy to swallow. I detected no strong odour when I removed the safety seal. Like the rest of the Epigenetics range, this is a plastic 'letterbox' tub. While very convenient to store, especially when keeping more than one supplement in stock, I'd really expect and prefer to see glass packaging at this premium price point.
