Great product!

I have tried other vegan omega capsules, some I can tell make no difference, others like these definitely do. My brain functions a lot better on these capsules as they are higher in DHA and EPA than many other omega supplements and arw priced well given what they offer. They are a little on the large side and have a fishy smell but neither are over the top.

This is a great product and I’ve bought it six times now. However, i’ve deducted a start because the bottle that arrived a few days ago was impossible to open. And when I say impossible, I mean impossible. In the end I had to take a sharp knife to the plastic and cut it open. Not exactly safe. Anyway, the other 5 bottles have been great, so hopefully this was just a one-off. The pills are great, I’ve never had any problem swallowing two at a time despite the fact they’re quite big. And the actual omegas are working wonders. So I highly recommended these - if you can open the bottle.

In my opinion, this supplement has improved my cognition and mood exponentially, proving how vital EPA and DHA are for the brain. I feel like it’s helped with the fatigue I experience due to shift work. These positive experiences in and of themselves, are enough for me to recommend this product!

After taking many fish oil supplements in the past and then moving onto krill oil because of unsustainable fishing, Its a nice breath of fresh air that finally there is not only a vegan omega 3 supplement but also a sustainable one too! Capsules are easy to swallow although a little big in size, Great value for money although really wish they had larger pots with more capsules in them like the rest of Nutra Vita's range with 180/365 capsules. Overall a very happy purchase, Vegan, Sustainable and a high quality algae oil with life's omega!

Bought this as my usual brand was unavailable and it has a good amount of EPA and DHA for the price. I'm afraid it's not for me however. Very fishy in smell and taste

Ottimo integratore di omega 3. Gusto praticamente neutro, non causa reflusso come altri BRAND. Per quanto riguardano i risultati a livello esami del sangue, vi posso dire che avevo i trigliceridi al minimo e il colesterolo nei livelli giusti. Ovviamente dovreste mangiare sano e magari praticare un po' di esercizio fisico ogni tanto, gli integratori non fanno miracoli se non ci mettete anche del vostro. Consiglio a chi come me ha problemi di trigliceridi perché il fegato li produce in più, comunque fanno bene a tutti. Consigliati 👍
