Ok! Needed more detail of building,"The Greatest Olympia" of all time. His symmetry is the epitome,for me of having the developement of every muscle of the body.

My Son is in Coyote Ridge ( a prison) I took a chance ordering this book, as it was used. The description read that it was in nice condition, and it had to have been in a really good condition, as it was allowed in. I am very pleased with this order....as is my Son. He is using it with his work outs.
