I needed new ones for my work chair. The old one broke, so I decided to order some new ones (since work was going to pay me back for the wheels only) and saw these and thought they will work perfect. They snapped right and are super quiet when I roll the chair around on the floor! Definitely glad I ordered these!!

Normally, we use a floor protector, but I keep rolling off of them. These casters are made from a softer compound that doesn't damage the floor. Installation was very simple. The casters are great and roll very smoothly. So far, no damage to the floor after about a month of use.

Very nice wheels - I pulled off the broken old ones and installed these within 5 minutes. They are a major upgrade from the original wheels and saved an otherwise great chair.
