I have only used this cream for two days and the improvement in my cuticles is dramatic. My cuticles and the skin around my nails were cracked, dry, and painful. After just two applications, the pain is gone, the dryness has cleared up significantly, and my cuticles are on their way to being completely healed. I have used Dior Crème Abricot which costs around 40 dollars for a tiny 0.28 ounce jar. I can honestly say this Healthy Hoof Cream is hands down more effective. The Dior is nice but this works better for me. The cream itself is thick and creamy and feels luxurious when you apply it. It does not really have a scent, which I appreciate. A little goes a long way. I actually liked it so much that I started using it on my feet for dry cracked heels, and it works beautifully there too. My only wish is that they made a larger size so I could use it on my body as well. For anyone dealing with dry, cracked, or painful cuticles, I highly recommend this before spending money on expensive luxury brands. This is now my go to cuticle treatment and foot cream in one.

I've only had this for a few weeks. So why the 4-star rating? It's because there's so little info on how to use it. You rub this on your cuticles once or twice a day. But you have to do it for months before you know whether it's working because it only affects the new fingernail growing out of the cuticle. You won't have stronger nails at the tips until the new hardened nail has grown out to the tip. This takes at least 3 months or more. There's nothing wrong with this product and I suspect it is a great product. You use so little of it each day, a 1 oz jar is plenty and will last a very long time. The scent... it's not great. To me, it smells like a mixture of cold cream and an old medicine ointment that my grandmother had in her medicine cupboard for many many years (the ones in the round metal containers). They could make it smell better that's for sure. It is kind of greasy for a while until it absorbs. Pros: I'm sure it helps strengthen after a while (months!) of using it, but it's too early for me to honestly tell. It does moisturize. A little bit goes a long way! Cons: The scent is not great... at all lol. Greasy for a while until it absorbs. Would I recommend? Sure! It's at a good price point that's worth a try!

After a year of extreme nail biting and then having surgery, my fingernails completely stopped growing. I had used this years ago (when it was easily found in Walgreens) and it was wonderful then for my nail's strength. I searched Amazon to check if it was still made, and sure enough it is! After just two weeks of nightly use, my fingernails started growing again! Articles on the web will tell you that protein in nail products don't help growth, but I'm living proof that the protein and whatever else is magic in this formula absolutely helps nail growth! My nails were nothing but bitten-down-all-the-way ugly stubs on my hands. But now, just 3 months after I started to use it, they are long enough to look pretty with polish again. I couldn't be more thrilled! The smallest jar lasts months, so the low price of this is amazing too!

My nails love those cteam! I apply at least twice a day. I also put on my Husbands nails as well. Chemo is doing a number on his nails and I have a low thyroid function, so what a perfect addition to our skin care. This is our second container. A little goes a long way just as comparable brands. Overall very satisfied with this product and definitely recommend if you need strong nails and want to grow your nails.

This is my favorite cuticle and nail conditioner not only because it's priced reasonably but also because it works as good as SALLY. I was surprised that my husband started using!

I’ve been using this for a week and the results are fantastic. I bring the jar to work and apply a few times during the day. I also use it before bed. I see and feel a huge difference with my cuticles and the surrounding skin of my fingers.

I am really enjoying this stuff. The one draw back for me is that this stuff definitely leaves a sticky/greasy feeling on you but that’s not enough of an issue for me to take any stars off. It smells great and you only need a very small amount, it goes a long way. I think I this little jar is gonna last me a long time. It has saved my brittle nails. Normally I can’t grow my nails out AT ALL because they get so brittle and break or chip or peel. But this stuff makes them strong and firm but not brittle. My nails can even take a hit now and not be damaged. Since using this I’ve accidentally hit my nails on some stuff and when I expect to look down and see a broke nail…. It’s totally fine. So I really love this stuff, highly recommend! My nails are longer than they’ve ever been in my life and continue to grow stronger and longer.

PAS TERRIBLE

I've spent many years as a nail biter and absent minded cuticle picker. For a couple of years now, I've been trying to take better care of my nails. They would grow okay and then start peeling or break off, eventually causing me to give up and just cut them right back. I've been using this cream for over a month now and my cuticles are finally soft with no hangnails. My nails are so much stronger than before and, even when I suffer an accidental break, it doesn't take long at all to start growing the nail out again.

I have been using this for quite a while, I try to use it daily just before sleep. After about 2 weeks you can really see the improvement in your nails, it seems to make them grow faster. I will continue to use this product as I love. Really large jar too, lasts a long time.
