Firm medial arch support for flat feet
Material firm enough to provide support to flat feet without being too hard.Shape and height of arch is ergonomic.Sadly the size is small for me. Will have to buy the M size (BTW my feet are size 2-3 in BATA)

Useless, sadly
Tynor is a great brand, that's why I ordered it despite the low reviews. The design is not ergonomic at all! It slips and causes a disturbance to the foot rather than giving Arch support. Waste of money.

Good but little on the harder side
They are easy to use and you can add these to any of your shoes that you regularly use. They are on the harder side and you might get pain. Suggest using them without sticking and fixing them only when you feel the comfort is right for you.

Not suitable
It is very hard and not meant for adults. Arch supports are supposed to be soft and gel like. This causes pain if used for over 30 minutes since the arch of the foot is sensitive

Product features
I wish the pad stays in place while wearing the footwear. Sticking the pads on one pair of shoes is not posdible as one does not wear the same shoe on daily basis.

Better than semi rigid arch support it really helped to reduce the pain while walking and playing.
