Helped with sleep, stress & hormone balance
As someone with PCOS, I’ve struggled with anxiety, poor sleep, and bad period cramps. After hearing that magnesium can help, I tried this one from Nature Made—and it’s been great so far!I sleep better and feel more relaxed at nightIt’s helped ease PMS mood swings and crampsFeels gentle on my stomach (no nausea or bathroom issues)Only downside: the pills are huge. Seriously. I take them with lots of water or break the dose into two times a day.If you’re a fellow PCOS girl dealing with stress or hormone issues, this is worth trying. Just start slow and see how your body reacts.

It’s a supplement
Nature Made Magnesium Glycinate is a solid choice for those seeking a gentle, bioavailable magnesium supplement. Each serving (two capsules) delivers 200 mg of magnesium, which is about half the daily recommended amount for most adults. It’s marketed as supporting muscle relaxation, nerve function, heart health, and bone strength—claims that align with magnesium’s known roles in the body. The glycinate form is a plus; it’s less likely to cause digestive upset compared to cheaper forms like magnesium oxide, and it absorbs well due to being chelated with glycine.I’ve found it easy on the stomach, as advertised, with no bloating or laxative effect even when taken on an empty stomach. It’s also gluten-free, with no artificial flavors or colors, which is nice for those avoiding additives. The capsules are a bit large, though—might be tricky if you struggle with swallowing pills. Some users report better sleep or reduced anxiety after a few weeks, but I didn’t notice a dramatic difference in those areas myself. Still, it’s a reliable option for filling dietary gaps, especially if your intake of magnesium-rich foods like nuts or leafy greens is low.Price-wise, it’s reasonable for the quality, often around $10-$15 for a 60-capsule bottle, depending on the retailer. Not the cheapest, but Nature Made’s reputation and third-party testing give some peace of mind. If you’re after a straightforward magnesium supplement without gimmicks, this does the job. Just don’t expect miracles—it’s a nutrient, not a magic pill.

Recommend
I've tried other types of Magnesium and never could keep taking it due to extreme stomach upset. The serving size is 2 pills. I usually just take 1 and I don't even eat with it. No stomach upset at all. I started taking this because my muscles were twitching. After a couple pills (I take 1 at night) my twitching stopped. I've been taking for a couple weeks now and I also feel slightly calmer. The pills are huge but they are capsules and go down super easy. I have no issues.

Works Well, But Pills Are a Bit Large
This magnesium glycinate has really helped with my sleep and muscle tension, and I appreciate that it’s gentle on the stomach. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit large, which might be tough for some people to swallow. Still, it’s a high-quality supplement and I’ll continue using it — just wish the pill size was smaller!

Reliable and Gentle Magnesium Supplement – A Noticeable Boost to Restful Sleep
I started taking Nature Made Magnesium Glycinate (200 mg per serving) based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law, who mentioned it helped with better sleep—and after two months of consistent use, I completely agree.I take it every night before bed, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in the quality of my sleep—deeper rest, fewer wake-ups, and an overall more relaxed feeling as I wind down. The glycinate form is gentle on the stomach, and I’ve had no digestive issues.I’m now on my second bottle after buying a 3-pack, and I plan to continue using it long-term. For anyone looking to support muscle relaxation, sleep, and overall calmness, this is a high-quality and effective supplement. Strongly recommended.

Work well but large
I have been taking this against cramps and for my sleep for a few months now. Works well. But pills are large — take with water.

Capsules are too big to easily swallow.
capsules are huge, really hard to swallow, and daily dosage is 2, so avoid this if you have trouble swallowing pills. Sometimes they gave me pain swallowing, feeling stuck. Also, avoid if you are older. I'm sure there is a smaller size capsule available. These are 1" long and 1/2" wide.
