Very informative and helpful for people reading it but disagree just with one point about being in a very good relationship and then saying want to come out of it because not serving anything...one must enjoy the goodness of the relationship.

The understanding on karmic patterns and how to access and transcend those patters is the key takeaway of the book and has been well articulated and how to take it up for healing .overall good for understanding and working through the records

Ar first when I read this book I read it with my mental understanding and did not like it. Later I came back to it when I was reading it from a different vantage point, from a more relaxed and laidback frame of mind and I saw things I didn't see before in the book. The same statements were understood differently by me. I would say this book is written from a higher perspective and you can only read it if you reach that perspective yourself

I learnt a lot from this book and it was an amazing experience. You need to practice , practice and practice which will be the only way to access the records
