I received product with box broken .don't worry only the cardboard box broken product was safe inside .I like the product very much the sound ,Most imp thing Is we can use as long as .Iam using for meeting and gaming .Mic was crystal clear actually while playing games my frnd said your voice was so clear now .So buy, don't know why this headset not famous.VALUE FOR MONEY AND BEST.

Amazing headphones!
Loved the sound quality. Very amazing design. Bass is good too.I use it for playing phone games and it is very comfortable in my ears.Price is reasonable, as compared to other brands.Go for it.

Cheating and Amazon Customer care assurance on support but never got it.
I have purchased this Product from Amazon last year, I was using it very well suddenly headphones slowly stopped working. as my Headphone was in the Warranty period. I reach out to the seller for help, seller denied me help on this issue and told me you can use pay service for repair product with delivery charges. I reach out to Amazon support team around 7 times , they took around 1.5 month to raise ticket against seller. still they have not provided any update on product purchase.I would request you all to not to purchase this product from amazon or any other site.I would rate this product to Zero "0.000001"
