Tmi but i have ibs and suffer with constipation ive been taking these 2 a day and have been going daily !! Which for me is wow because usually its 2-3 times a week. They make you go without causing an upset stomach/loose stools. Stools are normal and firm and easy to pass and i have no stomach aches with them. Ive tried literally everything including prescription laxatives and these work so much better. I even had a Chinese takeout which usually gives me severe impacted constipation and ive continued to be normal and regular. These will be a continuous purchase from now on !! Definitely a must have for me !! Highly recommend !!

Literally a life changing supplement. Been on it for a good few months and it worked wonders - lost 5kg just by not snacking as it makes you feel less hungry, I finally don’t need to worry about trigger foods anymore, regular BMs, bloating has significantly reduced also you have to drink at least 1-1.5l of water daily so I’ve never felt more hydrated. I even got my partner and a few of our friends with GI problems on these capsules and now they all swear by it. But please take your time and do proper research on how to take it to get the most out of it and of course listen to your body.

Bought these to help as I'm currently on mounjaro, these are excellent and much easier to take than the sachets, thankfully no more constipation

I waited to be a few days short of finishing them all before reviewing. I have noticed a huge difference with these. I find that taking them before any food is best.

I was taking the psyllium husk without the probiotics before and loved the convenience of not having to take sachets. I have only been taking the above for almost 10 days ish so can't really comment about effectiveness yet but happy to report the lack of side effects thus far. Will most likely purchase again.
