Doesn’t work for macarons
The silicon molds do not work for French method macarons. They all cracked on the top. The same batter I used parchment paper on the other half and they turned out fine.Edit: Second time they turned out well. I have been using parchment paper for macarons for years and using this mold is very different. 1, let them dry twice longer than parchment paper. 2, do not smash too hard compare to parchment paper 3, make almost stiff peaks for silicon mold, not stiff peaks.

It works well~
Easy to use, easy to clean. I like silicon mat for macaron better than parchment paper because it gives a nice smooth bottom. I never have any problem with this mat, my macarons always come out perfectly.
