I use those when I run .quality is best . I didint observe any skin irritation , the grip is good and design is likely impressive . Weight adjustment i didn't see it in that. After wearing those and practicing the workout effectiveness increased.

The weights came In a good package!! It's 2 kgs each so it isn't that heavy as well!! it straps well even and has no falling or loosening issues!! Now the reason why you guys should go for these or any ankle weights is that if just like me you guys also work out at home or are tired to go to the gym or have no good gyms around or maybe the weather is not too good outside!! Whatever the reason maybe!! These weights allow you to train your legs in Such a manner that you would never be able to with DBs or if you live In a fancy city with a fancy gym with all the latest and greatest equipments then you might be able to but for a person like me or a majority or us need to have our own personal gym equipments I am talking of the basic ones only for ex: DBs and BBs, cuz even gyms have got there own problems like sometimes lights would be out or you may not have access to that machine so might just have to go home without training that body part that you had planned of training in your mind from home!! Some exercises that you can perform with these are rear leg glute Flys!! That you can also perform with a RB(resistance band) but that might be risky and these exercise target the glutes the hams and also you can perform leg extensions if you wish to train your quads!! And you don't need to much of a resistance training these areas already us Bois find it difficult to train and develope our glutes but this will help quite a lot cuz it had helped me a lot since then cuz I atleast do one workout with these every week you guys should too!! 2kgs of resistance with 4 proper sets with8 to 12 proper reps In a proper line if motion and heading to a proper failure and progressive overload every 2 to 3 weeks progressing slowly will give you results just like the gym with your home's convenience!! :) thanks amazon and aurion I am a regular Aurion's consumer I have bought a lot many products from them they make really good affordable gym equips so pls go check them out as well!!:)

Stitches open at many places and the Quality is not good

The look of it screams ‘cheap’. It’s priced higher than many not so branded, yet comes with degraded stitches and quality of velcro. I have been using other brands’ ankle weight during physiotherapy, and despite 100s time of usage they have sustained the shape of it, including velcro. But this one comes with the wide stitches, and mine was damaged as there was opening in one of the section that allows sand to spill over in the adjacent section. As far as velcro is concerned, the threads have been detaching from the velcro already.

I have brought this in 2024 still now they perfect but there is a small tear near the stitches except this every thing is best
