This recipe is just perfect. It has very healthy ingredients and good balance of condiments. The taste is also very good. Most protein Bars have only heat producing ingredients but this one has cardamom, melon seeds and fennel seeds which are non heat producing and aid in digestion. This is the only protein bar which I'll have in summers. Other companies should take notes.

The media could not be loaded. I had more than 15 brands protein bars but i ll rate it the worst taste bar.I ordered 8 bars tried 1 and rest of 7 are in dustbin.Guys don’t even try it

I ussually do not write a review but decided to respond to the hand written note and to spread the word of an emerging nutrition brand to look out for.OMG. The bar was delicious, not only did it bring out the Thandai flavour to the hilt, the small bits of rose petals and melon seeds married each other in the melee.I felt very satiated and alive after consuming it post workout. I will order again. Looking forward to other flavours.

Although the protein content per bar is kind low..but absolutely liked it..tasty and really hits ths spot..a bit of crumbly texture but they do tatse good.. 😊
