This has been a great buy for my 5 month old baby. Earlier with AC the air was very dry and caused nasal dryness for my baby and she couldnt sleep well. After I started using this humidifier the baby sleeps like a baby (pun intended) :D Please note that the ideal humidity levels for babies is between 40-60% but this goes down to 20% with only AC.The humidifier build is good and sturdy. The multicolor led light also looks good and you can even set a particular color. It creates a nice ambience in the room. There are 3 speed settings with which the humidity level can be controlled. Once water is filled to the max, it can run almost 22 hours. The water capacity is good so we only need to fill it once a day.

So disappointedIt was a great product but started leaking from the bottom and the wires look burnt. So not safe if kids are around especially. And no response so far

Its good, does the job but with a few issues.-I never used humidifiers before but this felt slow, I expected it to be more efficient.-The room smells weird after a while.-Its confusing to control the various fog and light settings from only a single button.-The glass container doesn't lock with the base. If you aren't careful, you might spill water while moving the humidifier.-Service is an issue. I had an issue with the humidifier not turning on but later fixed itself. The only contact information provided in the box is an email and they didn't reply.If you're looking for a cheap humidifier for short term use, go for it. Otherwise, get a better one.

Update: Stopped working after a year. Also customer service is not upto the mark, better to buy from a local shop.I packed it up after the end of winters of 2020 to use it in 2021 but when I tried to use it in OCT 21 it did not work. Contacted seller and was told that I would be contacted back which happened after 15 days. Then was told I would have to ship it to Indore to get it serviced! Did not bother, better to buy from your local shop and get it serviced.This humidifier is really easy to use and easy to clean!Really does help retain moisture within your eyes, but a point to remember is you need to remain within 3 feet of the humidifier or else the mist settles around the machine.Do not keep the humidifier near a door or a window unless you want all the mist to fly out the room!

To whoever it may concern:Sir / Madam,Thank you very much for even considering to buy a humidifier. It will change the state of your health in a very slow and very effective manner towards betterment.I have been personally using humidifier all round the year.During summer season, I use it while the air conditioning of the room is activated.During winter season it is used particularly during prevening time to late evenings.If you are ready to spend your hard earned money on a humidifier, then kindly use distilled water in your humidifier which can be easily purchased from the local store which deals with car batteries / inverter batteries.If at all distilled water is not available, then the next best option is to use water that comes out of an RO WATER PURIFIER.This will not only extend the life of your product but also benefit you hugely by saving your time that would have been otherwise wasted in descaling the device.Never use tap water in humidifier.
