I have these on subscription because I cook a lot of Italian dishes. These noodle noodles taste as good as homemade, if not better. My husband especially likes the wider noodle and it holds together well even when I’m making tortellini soup the taste is so good! I did find them in the local market, but they were more expensive than buying them on Amazon. They even really kicked my chicken and noodles up a notch.

These are our go to noodles. They are so good especially being low carb. My husband likes them as well. They cook in 4 minutes and always come out great. If you are looking for a lower carb alternative for your pasta dinners this is the one to purchase. I wasn't sure about the texture but we find them to be substantial. We salt the water while cooking. The cost is lower than in our local grocery store. Perfect noodle for the weight watchers dieters also.

We love these noodles. We're trying to do a low carb "diet" and these are wonderful. They cook nicely, they don't stick like most pastas after cooking. We're definitely repeat customers for this pasta.

As a type 1 diabetic these are a great alternative to noodles. They tasted amazing!

This company makes excellent pasta. Not cheap but well worth having such a great tasting pasta. Made with high quality ingredients and takes only 3-4 minutes for the pappardelle to be ready. I stopped buying any other brands.

These are good noodles

I usually make all my pastas from scratch right down to grinding my own flour .. but when I dont have the time, like during harvest season, these noodles are the next best thing to have in my pantry. They taste great, they cook up well and my family like them. With being dried and delicate shipping can be a mess... these are packed very well and arrive very much intact not all broken up. And the cost is a good value so I like to keep a case of each type

Never would I believed how great the noodles are. Easy to cook just right, ( following simple instructions). Tender, but not limp. So many dishes to try. I was also bought the spiral noodles. Super tasty in pasta salad. Mouth watering flavor that does not take away from featured flavor of dish! I will be ordering more and different pastas
