We bought this as a replacement to the same exact toaster we had for about 5 years. We used it constantly and one slot was seeing too much heat burning the edge of the toast. So we bought another one. We got our money's worth out of the old one and expect to do so with this one.

Looks nice and not cheap like some of the toasters on the market, toasts pretty well without completely drying out the bread.
