Since I use fountain, these filters are a necessity. They perform well, do their job, filter out all the impurities and are of good quality. Although the pack says that it needs to be replaced every month but one filter lasts a few months easily. 10/10 will buy again.

My two kittens love drinking from the fountain and the filters are easy to replace without any fuss. Its a lot less work than changing water dishes 2x a day. I think it works best if you change it when the filter looks like its discolored or its not filtering water well-- the water in the tank tends to accumulate more

Why are you guys not providing the filters... As it is I purchased the fountain for the second and it is not upto the mark very disappointed 😞

Without a doubt, it is a good product, but filter pads should also be available. Now that my daughter has grown accustomed to this fountain, I am forced to replace the entire fountain due to a lack of spares, which is unacceptable. If you manufacture the product, you must also have the necessary parts available. Please consider this a request and make the filters available and delivered.

The refill packs have inadequate packing and filtering. It’s mostly just foam.
