This is a terrific AHA body lotion from a great brand. I found this brand from Paulas Choice recommednations about 20 years ago and I have repeat purchased many times. My skin always gets compliments on hoiw smooth it is and how nice the texture is. THIS.. this is the secret. This aborbs great- no tacky feeling like some other brands that make your skin feel awful and tacky- this feels great, no irritants (besides the AHA) and NO FRAGRANCE!! Great price! Give this 3 weeks of consistent use and you will start see subtle changes in texture, laxity, minor doscolorations--- its really terrific.

I bought this based on a review that suggested trying this product instead of one skin’s nearly $100 body lotion. I was skeptical that it would make much difference, but after just ONE use, I’m honestly shocked at how soft and smooth my skin looks. I have really, really dry skin and I’ve started to notice some creepy skin on my forearms and around my knees. I have tried oils, exfoliation, creams, and every drugstore lotion with little to no change in the texture and appearance of my skin. HOWEVER, I used this Alpha lotion when I got out of the shower today and I am so happy with the results. It burned like mad for about 5 seconds after applying—especially on my legs—but all creepy-ness is gone and I have a legit glow to my normally dull and dry skin. I’m shocked, lol. It does feel maybe the slightest bit sticky/tacky after applying, but not to a point that is bothersome to me. I am so happy to have found a lotion that works so well, especially when it is 1/5 the cost of others like it. I have had it on for a few hours now, and my skin still looks glowy and moisturized. Sometimes non-scented lotions still carry a bit of a funky smell, but this has very little scent at all—nothing noticeable—and my riddle oil’s fragrance that I applied after wasn’t altered by the lotion at all. I am forever in the debt of the reviewer that suggested Alpha’s lotion. I love it. The one “con” I would say, if I can call it that, is that the bottle definitely isn’t completely filled. I’m not concerned enough about it to see if what’s inside equals 12oz., but I was surprised to see, as others have pointed out, how much empty space is at the top of the bottle. So far I like the lotion. Used half and I’m not experiencing any flaking skin so happy with the lotions moisturizing abilities. I have very dry skin and apply lotion every day. Unsure about value for the money due to the amount that I use daily. The effectiveness of the moisturizing lotion seem to be very good, I confirm the lotion is non-greasy, spreads very well and is unscented. I wouldn’t mind if the lotion did have a soft scent. No skin irritation, color is white, drys quickly.

I’ve been using the Alpha Skin Care Revitalizing Body Lotion 12% Glycolic AHA for a bit now, and it’s one of those products where you actually see and feel a difference with consistent use. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to start slow—using it a few times a week instead of daily. I did notice a slight tingling at first, which is expected with AHAs. Also, it can make your skin more sun-sensitive, so sunscreen is a must. A couple of minor downsides: -Not deeply moisturizing on its own if your skin is very dry -Takes a few weeks of consistent use to really see results -The formula includes some basic ingredients, so it’s more functional than “luxury” Overall, if you’re looking for a simple, effective body lotion that actually improves skin texture and smoothness, this is a great option. It’s more of a treatment than a typical lotion—and it delivers.

This is a fantastic skin cream. It was recommended by YouTuber HotandFlashy and has improved my skin in so many ways (see her video for how it all works). My skin is more hydrated, the texture is better, etc. It is not a miracle in a bottle, but definitely works better than other lotions I’ve tried. At this point in my life, I’m looking for something that’s going to be really nourishing for my skin as opposed to a bargain price or fantastic scent. This skin cream doesn’t smell like anything, so it won’t clash with a perfume you like to wear or permeate clothing. During hot months, I skip applying it to areas that perspire more like the backs of my knees, the small of my back, or my chest. The lotion is so luxuriant that it can make perspiration worse in those areas. I don’t find this to be an issue in colder months. I feel that it’s a good value for the money because of its benefits and it’s relatively comparable in price to the heavily scented creams from chain stores. It is a good investment in yourself.

Great lotion, but unacceptable that it's not filled to the top for the price.

I live in a very dry state and that causes a lot of itchy dry skin in the winter. I love this lotion because it smooths out the bumps on the back of arms and thighs and is very moisturizing. Also, I use it on my feet after a shower and put socks on it works great to smooth out the bottom of your feet.

Love the way it feels on my skin. It helps with dry and aged skin.

This lotion is moisturizing and I can feel how soft my skin the morning after. I usually apply it all over my body at night after taking shower before bedtime. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it feels tacky/sticky on skin and never dries up completely. The consistency is a little heavy and it leaves some gluey kind of feel on the skin. It feels like my skin can't breathe and sticking to my bed sheets.

I have just started using the lotion. The price fluctuations is terrible . It is very expensive. This is my last purchase..

Buen lotion corporal

I have been using this for 10 days and have noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin already. I have very dry crepey skin, especially on my lower legs. The difference in smoothness is amazing. I don’t have flakes anymore and my skin is very soft. It also has started to have a natural glow to it. Given the price and size of the bottle I only use it on problem areas (legs, arms). Will definitely buy again.
