I’ve been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder tightness from staring at screens all day for classes and work, so I picked up this Nekteck Shiatsu massager. It’s honestly better than I expected. The 16 kneading nodes hit deep and work out the knots really well. I use it on my neck, shoulders, and upper back almost every evening.The heat function feels amazing — gets nice and warm (not too hot) and really helps loosen everything up. I love that I can adjust the intensity and use the straps to control exactly where the pressure goes. 15-minute auto shut-off is perfect so I don’t have to worry about falling asleep with it on.It’s comfortable to use while sitting at my desk or on the couch. The fabric feels soft against the skin and it’s not too loud. This has been one of the best gifts I could give my hubby! It is lightweight and easy to use. The pressure is so good that he enjoys using it all the time. It relaxes him immediately. The only complaint he has is that he has to use his hands and arms to keep it on his neck so it's not hands free. Overall we would definitely recommend the product.

This is perfect for relaxing or sore muscles, have used it for self care & post workout soreness. The heat feature is a game changer, you can feel your muscles relax. Multiple options for movement, pressure ranges from soft to very hard. Wish I could set the auto-off timer for longer but all-in-all this is an excellent neck/back/body massager and would recommend!

This item is super excellent. It has a rechargeable plug and a car adapter to use when on the go or at home. I twist my shoulders and neck and arms all day and this products feels like a professional is massaging me without the person there plus it has slip through arm bands so u dont have to hold the product. Very relaxing for tired muscles. Its feels really exceptionally good.

got this as a gift for my mom. at first, she thought it wasn't working as well as it should be, but after getting it at the right spot on the back of her neck, she felt instantly relived! the heating massage on this massager is great. there are different modes of massages too, ranging from light to applying alot of pressure. its perfect for the price given for it

This is the third of this neck massager I have purchased on Amazon. The first one i received as a gift and it was wonderful! I have Lupus and chronic myofascial pain. The first generation of this massager provided great massage heads that reached deep into the fascia and trigger points providing relief and relaxation and increased bloodflow to those areas. However, this massage pillow must have changed. I bought the second one as a gift to my daughter. And i purchased another one to replace the first massager i received four years ago or so. This newest one, purchased early in 2026, feels like the mechanism was installed upside down or backwards. It is awkward, unbalanced and the massage nodules don’t reach the muscles unless I do some strange positioning of the massage pillow on my back. Not comfortable and certainly not the original configuration. I hope it is a manufacturer defect that can be corrected, rather than an unfortunate redesign.

BUY THIS!!! If you're reading these reviews, you're in the market and in need and I assure you that this is the real deal as is the company. I've had this since Feb. 2024 and use it on my neck, lower back and I also put my calves on it when needed. It is strong and goes in different directions and really feels like a deep tissue massage - you can of course move and pull it closer with the arm straps or keep it light if it's too strong. The heat helps SO much but it's a button you can turn on/off (but I highly recommend the heat). I came to review this now, years later, after an excellent experience with the seller. I hurt my lower back and was using it yesterday more than usual with the heat and it was really helping. I went out and came home and tried to use it again before bed but it didn't work - it turned on and the heat light lit up but no movement. I panicked and emailed the seller at the address on a little yellow sticker on the cord late on a Saturday night and described the issue. An hour or so later I tried it again in desperation and it turned on! (By then I had already ordered a replacement because we are lucky to live close enough to a warehouse and get stuff overnight more often than anyone should, but I was also able to cancel it in time.) To my surprise, Sunday morning they responded to my email! Of course I am well beyond the 1 year warranty and they accurately assessed the issue of overuse and said that it would shut down for safety reasons and just needed a rest, which of course makes sense and thankfully the safety features work. (I did buy the calf/foot massager during the incident too and kept that :-) )

Używam przez cienki polar lub ręcznik ze wzgl. higienicznych, więc nie jest za intensywny, same stopnie intensywności niewiele się od siebie różnią; Grzeje odczuwalnie i przyjemnie. Masager jest spory (problem z przechowywaniem) poza tym przydałyby się trochę dłuższe paski (np. podczas masażu karku trudny dostęp do przycisków) i dlatego odejmuję gwiazdkę. Jestem zadowolona z zakupu.
