I am definitely seeing a reduction in my anxiety ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff WORKS *by A***. on December 1, 2021* I ordered HG Ashwaganda for stress relief and as a sleep aid during one of the most stressful times in my normally low stress life. With everything involved with moving, selling my house, still working a full time job and managing my 16 year old son I was kind of messed up. My sleep cycle was off, i couldn’t sleep and I had to stay up late packing and organizing, then go to work the next day.... It’s crazy ! After I ordered this I couldn’t even get myself to be calm enough to sit down to read the label and figure out how and when to take these so I’d take one and then forget for a few days then take one when I remembered. This weekend I went out and bought a pill organizer from Walgreens with 3 sections. That forced me to space out my dosage. I put two pills in the first section and then two in the last section. I’m taking some Zinc and other stuff too so I put those in there too. Yesterday was the first day I took this product correctly. I noticed that at bedtime I felt like the bed was calling me whereas before I’d be up thinking, pondering and planning and in a constant state of anxiety driven non-productive movement.
