I bought the smartroller along with the “sits” and links to work on balance, strengthening core muscles and stretching. I love them! The roller and links are the perfect height and density. The elliptical shape makes getting on and off much easier. Purchase of the set included an exercise manual that provides an excellent guide to many exercises that help to educate one on learned body movements. I have found this guide key to understanding some lifelong movements that have contributed to dysfunction and pain. I hope that by using the guide that I can roll myself back to better movements and less or no pain.
