This is a pretty normal dustpan and brush. Better than a cheap one but nothing amazing for £20... Some of the cost comes from fast shipping from the USA

BEWARE - DIMENSIONS ON DESCRIPTION ARE WRONG!
Correct dimensions are: 9 inch wide pan (22.9cm), 12 inches long from edge of pan to end of handle (30.5 cm) x 3-3/4 inch high (when laid on floor to highest point of handle (9.7cm). The handle itself is 4-1/4 inch long (10.9cm).I wish the pan width was about 11 inches wide (28cm) so it would accommodate most other broom widths. I realize this comes with a small broom but it would be nice if it could also accommodate other brooms we may already have.Otherwise the dustpan is better/more durable than my “premium” dollar store one I had for some years.

Bristle is way to stiff for use on tiles to pick up lose hair!
The bristle is way to stiff to sweep lose hair on tile! Takes much longer to sweep my bathroom floor because the bristle on it is to hard and doesn't flex much unless you apply force! Almost like a paint brush that hasn't been washed properly and has dried up! Gave it 2 star just for the Design of it and how it fits well together. They got picture sweeping cereal, how about a video of sweeping lose hair or smaler particles on tile flooring? Would have had returned it if I wouldn't be working 7 days a week 9am to 7pm. My time matters more than a trip to the post office! Will reach out to the seller to see if mine is a manufacturing quality control issue and then will update my post.
