Product was good but experience with Amazon was terrible
Loved the product, however 1 chair was damaged, asked Amazon if they could provide seller details so that we can replace 1 chair, they asked to return the entire set and claim refund. No problem resolution from Amazon but made my experience worse. If they would have found a way I would have loved to keep the product.

Not that great!
Slight damages on a couple legs of the table but issie with replacment because whole set needs replaced that will take time and its not worth. It would have been nice if the seller did not send such defective parts

Satisfied..Good one but little cracks appeared in chairs
The product is good when compared to price but chairs are getting cracks at some places but I applied fevicol in cracks..overall u can buy

Good product
Overall the dining table set is sturdy and finishing is also good. Slightly disappointed as i received a damaged chair. The customer service says that i have to return the whole set for return/replacement. Which is kindof a hassle for me to deassemble the whole thing and pack it again. So i had no other option apart from keeping it.

No technician has arrived in the slot appointed to assemble the product even after 4 days of receiving this product. No-one is responding to the issues, not even customer care service center. Too disgusting.
