Defective non working low quality membrane cartridges.
Ordered 2 , Both candles are defective, one reduces tds by 100 only (from 300 to 200) the other is filtering no water, spent 2 days trying to figure out why my filter tds was so high after changing all the pre filters and RO membrane..
