I saw video on Youtube about difference in between 'Normal Gond & Gond Katira'. If you put both gum in water for few hours, Normal Gond would dissolve but Gond Katira swells up and its texture become like broken & crushed ice. Thanjai Natural Gond Katira is good quality Gond Katira & it turn out exactly like i saw in Youtube Video 🙏😃😁.

Great for cooling your gut in summer
It's a great natural coolant in summer. I have stopped consuming unhealthy and toxic cold drinks, shakes and other flavored drinks. Just add some natural sugar (desi khand), black salt, lemon and soaked gond katira in cold water, and your refreshing drink is ready. It needs to be soaked for 3-4 hours. For best results, soak 4 pieces of gond katira in a cup of water. You can slightly increase the amount of water but using too less water leaves it hard and sticky, which doesn't mix in water. 4 pieces are enough for making 4-5 glasses. The picture shows the amount of gond katira you get by soaking 2 pieces in this bowl full of water. It absorbs most of the water and becomes soft and light.
