Absolutely must have intraworkout drink.Its a magical drink.Gives you immense energy and takes you totally to another level.You dont feel tired and fatigue.Whole day you feel energetic.I usually do gym hard training for 1hr-1.15hr. After that I am not left with any energy and my all last reps were usually failure.But after taking this drink I am turbo charged almost to the full day.Must recommend to hard core trainers...don't take in the evening or quantity can be reduced as it may hamper your sleep pattern..
