I have been taking this product because I have MTHFR C677T variant and read that this is the form of Vitamin B that would be most helpful for my body. I had tried a couple of other kinds and struggled with both the taste and the bright yellow urine. This one does neither. It tastes good. I dissolve it under the tongue on an empty stomach. It seems to help with my energy levels. I haven't tested to see if it has risen my B levels or not.

I have MTHFR and couldn’t tolerate most other B12 supplements—many gave me side effects or just didn’t sit right with me. Before starting, my B12 levels were sitting around 350, and I had unexplained vertigo that I never linked to B12 because my levels were considered “low normal.” But after starting this and working with my provider, we saw that once my B12 reached 450, the vertigo completely went away. I’ve now been taking this for 5.5 months, and my levels are holding steady at 650. My provider would like me in the 750–900 range for optimal function, but I’m already feeling a huge difference. If you’re super sensitive to medications or supplements like I am, I can’t recommend this enough. No side effects. No weird symptoms. Just steady, reliable results. This supplement gave me the support I needed and the confidence to finally get my B12 levels up.

Good easy to take

This *works*!!!!! I am a mom of 4- two of which have some specialized needs and after multiple genetics screenings was trying to find an explanation of not one but two rare speech disorders and the one commonality between all of us was being compound heterozygous for MTHFR. That being said we had specifically requested from our neurologist Leucovorin (which she denied on good conscience as she wanted more research completed prior to prescribing) but let me know that folinic acid can be purchased over the counter in smaller amounts which led me here. I titrated the dosage but within two weeks my daughter's eye tracking was much better and she is speaking more clearly. I can't claim this is a miracle supplement for all but it absolutely helped our family and is worth a try for anyone with littles that have speech delays!! Also they are liposomal and taste good so make sure thepy are child proofed as the container is easily opened. 10000% Worth it and I have this on auto ship.

I’ve been taking Seeking Health Hydroxo B12 for a bit now and it’s actually been really helpful. For the price it works, no complaints at all. I’ve noticed it’s even helped ease some of my autism symtoms, which I really wasn’t expecting. I feel a little clearer and more balanced on the days I take it. Easy to use, no bad taste, and overall just does what it’s supposed to. Definetly worth trying. I noticed a bigger effect when letting it dissolve sublingually under my tounge rather than chewing it up / swolling/ that may be an important factor.
