Love this company.. Had vitamins from then also and definitely helps..this Q10 definitely helps my BP as I suffer high BP and take prescribed medication for,but add this in hours after, and an hour before any gym or cardio.Definitely recommend and from this company.. I take x1 a day easy to swallow bit big but don't get stuck..Will keep using them, and price is fantastic 👌

Used this product many years ago and found it to be a good energy booster so thought I would use it again.

High dosage so doesn't last too long!
When I bought these, I did realise I'd need to take 3 so pack wouldn't last long. That having been said, they are good value for the outlay
