Effective balm
The lip balm is very effective. I use it everyday and it does not feel sticky.

Adequately moisturising, but the menthol flavour in the chapstick fades away very quickly and it’s unfortunate that it’s only SPF 15.

Although the product works well they didnt send the whole pack and the service center isn’t responding or are not capable of doing anything about it just buy it from some other seller

Items missing TWICE
So this item says a pack of 6. The first time I received only 3 of the chapsticks so I raised and issue after which I have now received only ONE single stick and not even in the packaging…..I am unable to even raise the issue anymore …. Requesting you guys to kindly send across the remaining two chapsticks as wellHowever as a product I liked it

Not good for sensitive skin
Not at all good for hypo allergenic skin. If anyone has sensitive skin, this product should be avoided. Just 2 days of use gave me really bad reaction
