How low can it be temperature wise and still be comfortable and how high

It depends on the tent you're in, the R value of your sleeping pad and how cold/hot you sleep. I sleep cold and I froze at 50 degrees in a 3-season tent with a sleeping pad of R 1.5 in the spring. I would only use this bag in the 60s. The bag is fine if you're car camping and can bring along a blanket in case you get cold.

Would this comfortably fit a man who is 6 feet tall?

Yes. I'm 6' and works nicely for me.

How to roll and store

We found it best for two people to roll the sleeping bag. It was also best to start at the closed bottom end and roll it to the open end. Also, it was best to squeeze it as we rolled it to help compress it. Doing these things made it easy to get into the storage/carry bag. My son used the sleeping bag at a camp for a week and said that it was great.

Can two be zipped together to make a larger bag?

Yes. No left and right side, just take two bags and zip together.
