Needed a camera outdoors that would link to our Echo Shows, so our son could play out in the garden and we could still keep an eye on him if we needed to go into the house.Easy to set up. Have mine hard wired into router but set it up in wireless mode.A lot easier than other wireless cameras.

We bought two of these cameras last year, intermittent working after little over 1 year they have placed an advert over where you view your footage it won’t let you see the 6 second videos unless you buy the premium package.We are being held to ransom not fit for purpose.AVOID PRODUCT AND ALL SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES AS MIS SOLD.

I got this as a gift.good quality and easy to set up and App for Win 10 pc and any device work well. Fair price for what you get. Overall very easy to get up and running with the app. This little camera provides excellent quality footage.

Easy to fit. However, you need a hole for the large USB plug and cable to enter. Luckily, I have an outdoor 13a socket. I used a weatherproof box for the USB power supply to connect to the mains power. The camera gives 'Human Detected' warnings for cats, dogs, flying moths, etc. In fact you get warning for anything and everything that moves. I do love the way it can follow anyone walking around. Really gives a person a feeling of being "watched". Quality of build seems ok. Picture quality is pretty good. I don't like the nagging on the app to subscribe to cloud monitoring. That is a real pain!!!

I figured that this would provide me with alerts when someone is detected, the ability to listen and talk to anyone outside and also provide round the clock security. I wanted something that didn't require a monthly subscription, that could be hard wired into my network and provide alerts when required.I have other Mibao products, including wireless earphones that I use every day for listening to music and Teams meetings and an MP3 player that is fantastic. Therefore, when I came across this I knew it would be good. The reviews also confirmed this.You have to use the app with this camera, which is absolutely fine because everything is easily accessible with an intuitive interface. Getting the camera to work was as simple as connecting it to an ethernet cable and USB plug and turning it on.The manual says it supports 8-64 GB microSD cards. I stuck a 128 GB microSD card and it's working perfectly. That means more recordings are saved without looping occurring and footage being lost.I have it set to record whenever it detects motion, which means the card takes even longer to fill up and it's easier for me to review events in the timeline. If you stick to the free subscription, you are limited to 10 second clips in the cloud when an alert is sent to your phone, but you can then go into the app and view the full clips recorded on the SD card by tapping once on the live image. I have included screenshots of the process. Once the timeline appears, you can drag left and right and let go where you want to review footage and it automatically plays.The motion sensor and human detection is impressive, even on low sensitivity it will pick up anyone slightly out of view of the camera itself and start tracking them. Night vision is great too, although I would recommend scheduling alerts so that they don't trigger when it is dark because the infrared light on the camera will pick up moths, bats and flies as they go past.It's amazing how much you get for your money with this camera, the technology inside it is amazing and it's hard to believe how little it costs when you compare it to other cameras out there that aren't smart and require a HUB. I'm considering installing a second because I like it so much.If you have had a bad experience with Mibao's static camera, don't worry. I had the same problem, the camera looked excellent but it was let down by very poor software that meant I couldn't use it. This uses a completely different app that works straight away without problems.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.I hope that this review is helpful.

Stopped working, refunded

I ordered one of these cameras (Mibao 1296P WiFi Camera with Pan/Tilt) in April 2021.I already have a set of fixed HD cameras but wanted the ability to cover a larger area and be able to move the camera.I fitted the camera outside, in my garden. I was impressed with the image quality, the pan and tilt and the night vision. I allowed some time to see if any potential problems arose but nothing did.I remained so impressed that I ordered another in June 2021 and this is also performing as well as the first. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants the flexibility of a pan and tilt camera at a very reasonable price.Edit - I have reduced my review stars from five to one. The camera still works but I am now being stopped from reviewing footage that is on my sd card by the app. It is telling me that I must purchase the app cloud product if I want to see camera footage. It is basically bullying me into purchasing something that I don't want and also shouldn't need.I have always been able to review camera footage on the app, from my sd card. If I cannot do that then there is no point having the camera. I DO NOT WANT THE CLOUD PRODUCT! If this persists, I will not purchase the cloud product but I will take the camera down and replace it with a different camera that uses an app that doesn't try to force people to buy its products.

Da es seit 2 Jahren mehrere Einbrüche in der Umgebung gab, war ich auf der Suche nach einer "Absicherung". Natürlich macht eine Kamera ein Haus nicht einbruchsfester, aber ich erhoffe mir einen Abschreckungseffekt und eventuelle Erleichterung bei der Aufklärung.Geliefert wird ein stylischer schwarzer Karton, der die Kamera, eine Antenne und ein Netzteil enthält. Zudem noch Befestigungsschrauben und ein Handbuch in deutsch.Die Kamera selber ist wie ein Moving Fan beweglich und reagiert sensibel auf Bewegungen. Damit funktioniert sogar ein Tracking von sich bewegenden Objekten.Die Bildqualität ist überraschend gut, nicht wie die, die man immer im TV sehen kann und die Cam funktioniert sogar im Dunkeln. Übertragen werden die Bilder per WLAN direkt ins Haus. Ein Loch in der Hausmauer ist also nicht nötig, zumindest wenn man in der Nähe einen Stromanschluss hat.Eine Benachrichtigung per App aufs Handy ist auch möglich.Ich würde die Kamera wieder kaufen, da sie für einen günstigen Preis sehr viel Funktion bietet und einen sehr guten, qualitativen Eindruck macht👍

Ho scelto questa telecamera dopo molto girovagare su vari siti dove ti aiutavano a scegliere la telecamere giusta per le proprie esigenze e alla fine ho optato per questa da esterno ma che andava bene anche per interno.L'ho posizionata all'esterno, sulla porta di ingresso, così da controllare l'ingresso e il terrazzo di accesso all'appartamento.L'istallazione è stato molto semplice ed'è bastato solo portare un cavo per alimentarla e poi, scaricata l'app "YI loT" si è subito collegata alla rete Wifi: piccolo trucchetto è quello posizionate la telecamera vicinissimo al modem così da farla riconoscerla subito.La qualità dell'immagine è veramente impressionante sia di giorno ma sopra tutto di notte.Molto sensibile nel rilevare i movimenti sia giorno che di notte; L'ho istallata appena è arrivata e devo dire che ad oggi non mi ha dato nessun problema.La consiglio oltre per tutto quello detto sin ora a sopratutto per l'ottimo prezzo.

La telecamera ha durato qualche mese. Restituita perché non si accendeva più. Reso tramite amazon ottimo, venditore molto disponibile. Peccato perché registrava la rilevazione di movimento con un video di 6 secondi in maniera totalmente gratuita.
