The hook comes off. Bad quality, bad design.
The product is overall good and spacious but the hook for the fling bags is not good at all. Once you install the sling bag handle it comes off which of no use which means it can barely carry any weight. Just like many other bags has the hook outside it has inside and it is definitely not good. Not worth the buy.
