Chocolate, 37 g, Pack of 3

Maltesers are great & I've always loved them. However, if the chocolate layer melts & is cracked from the outside, then the inner crispy honeycomb becomes soft and chewy, which is opposite of the crunchiness that makes maltesers great. Every single pack had a few of these. But then, it was still tasty. Plus, I bought it for Rs. 1250.00 which is much cheaper than for what it is available here in India. Buy it if it is as cheap or cheaper than this.UPDATE - 30-Apr-2022:Bought another one a few days back and obviously due to the current weather in North India I expected it to be melted and some of it being cracked and soft and chewy. However, this time I did something different. I immediately transferred all the packs to the refrigerator from the box it came in. And voila, it worked. Almost all the maltesers, even the cracked ones retained its crunchiness. This time I bought it for Rs. 989.00, which is even better than last time. Enjoying it!UPDATE #2 - 07-May-22:Enjoyed this order too. As usual transferred the chocolates to the refrigerator for them to solidify and retain most of its crunchiness. This always works.Update #3 - 22-May-25:Refrigeration always works, especially when it is hot and the chocolate is melting. Great as usual.

These chocolates are old, musty and disgusting! Nothing like real maltesers! How can you possibly sell such awful chocs?!! Yuck! Please! I demand my money back! And to make it worse this is the SECOND time I have bought defective chocs from this same seller. Awful!!! Please Amazon do something !

It tastes really bad I checked 2 packets but it was still bad and also it was melted I think it was stale I think amazon should Check the Quality before shipping.I would like to return it but I have opened 2 packets and also I think I don't even have to option to return

Not right. They're not crunchy nor melty like they're supposed to be. They seem expired even though the expiry date is in December 2021. Not recommended for that price.

Product was ok but the outer box was smashed, the inner box was open and one individual piece from inside had been taken. Since it was just one piece I didn’t place a return order.

The product was sticky and chewy on the inside. That's not how Maltesers are supposed to be. The product delivered is defective.3 long calls over 2 days, Amazon has still not resolved any issue! It's infuriating to see Amazon's callous attitude towards the complaint. Such terrible customer service!! They have made me upload pictures of the product multiple times, given me different time slots on when I should call, and refuse to conduct any resolution via mail. You just have to set aside your work to wait for Amazon's call and then they put you on hold.
