What a great timer! The possibilities are endless!! I am using the timer for a nebulizing (scent) diffuser. The diffuser came with some timers built in but the intervals were not long enough which made the scent way to strong for my apartment. I looked online for a timer that could turn my diffuser on a few times an hour. THIS THING WORKS PERFECTLY!!! I use the countdown method which I set a "run time" for my diffuser of 12 seconds. Then I set the "off time" for 60 mins. The "off time" was too long so I gradually changed it till I found the sweet spot (12 minutes) where the scent doesn't really ever fade away totally and its not overbearing. Because the programming was so easy this took seconds each time I made a change. Another feature it has that was critical to me but I didnt think about before buying: -The unit comes with a rechargeable battery, it will continue to do its timing functions and not loose its memory if power goes out. Or like myself I have a smart switch that turns the diffuser off when I am not home and when I get home it will start right back up. The battery supposedly will last a month without power.

I bought this to operate a pump intermittently to prevent flooding in my dad's basement. Prior to this he was having to stay up all night to operate the pump manually once every 10-15 minutes. This works quite well and has a variety of configurations available. The one feature I would like to see is the ability to set timers to the second instead of just by the minute. For instance, I'd like to run the pump for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, but because there is no was to specify seconds we had to settle for running it for 1 minute every 15 minutes. It still works for what we need, but the pump is running dry the second half of that minute which isn't good for it, so I think having more fine control would be beneficial.

This is a great timer, I use it for a lot of different applications in my saltwater aquarium. Sometimes I want to turn off my tank filter for 30 minutes so my corals can feed on the powdered food I give them, and don't want the food to be sucked into the filter. For that I push 3 buttons on this timer, and 30 minutes later my filter turns back on, and I don't have to remember to go back to my tank and turn the filter on. When the water evaporates throughout the day I want to pump some water to the tank to maintain salinity. This timer allows me to pump water up to it every hour for just a period of 10 seconds, so the pump isn't on unnecessarily for a whole minute (which is the shortest interval other times have). To make sure I don't pump too much water, I have a float valve in my sump. Topping off the water every hour minimizes fluctuations in salt concentration. The timer set up is not intuitive, so you have to keep the manual handy, which has pretty clear instructions.

I'm using this on a water distiller to shut it down using a countdown timer (a feature that is hard to find!). This replaces a different unit made by someone else which was very poor quality and expensive! This unit is working great so far, with just a few days of use. I like that it does not get super hot like my old one, even though I'm running 600w+ for 6hrs through it. The controls are much easier to use than my other unit as well, very simple and easy to use was you read the instructions. It also cost nearly half as much as my other unit. I'm very happy with this product as long as it keeps working.

I liked these timers at first but both died in a few months and because I trusted them with a water pump, they caused property damage.

The timer works great... however..... It would get 5 stars if the manual was written by someone with English as a native language. The manual is very hard to infer what they might be trying to say, includes Chinese characters, and refers to buttons on the timer that do not exist (they just put in the wrong name). Also the upper left slot in the plug should be slightly larger to accommodate plugs that have the larger configuration. This manual is probably great for Chinese/English bi-linguals.

Functions like a champ. Easy to program and is spot on. The width is perhaps just a bit too wide and all, when plugging it into a 4 wall outlet plug. Can't plug anything below, above or to the right. Plug it into a single outlet - then no worries. Great product regardless.

Purchased this timer for an art exhibition I'm working towards. The timer itself is great; the instructions are easy to understand and there are plenty of settings to work with. My only things to mention is that my package came with a rip in the lid as though someone had opened it previously, and it is fairly thick so if you plan to plug it in behind something, make sure you have the space to plug it (3.3cm) PLUS the cord you are plugging into it.

This is the best timer hands down. It has a built in loop/cycle timer that is not limited by pre set times. The cheapest cycle timer is around $200. but that's not it, the ability to set a feed pump time down to the second, not minute like every other timer. Plus more. It was easy to figure out compared to other timers, and the seller impressed me with their customer service. Highly recommended

I received the unit and it was defective and could not program it correctly. I sent them an e mail, I got a reply within an hour or two. We exchanged a few e mails that evening to determine it could not be fixed, I received the new unit the following day by express courier… The unit has worked perfectly and I have had no issue with it since then. It is a bit tricky to program and will take a few attempts but once you got the trick it is not that hard... It has multiple timers options and can time in hours, minutes or seconds and has capabilities that you do not find in most timers...I use it to work a humidifier in a small orchid green house and scheduled to run 30 seconds every 1/2 an hour between 2 am and 10 pm... Very happy with the product so far!

You can lose the timer settings by not being careful but are easily reset. Minor annoyance. It did not last and was too much hassle to try to use. Garbage bound...

Love this digital timer! So easy to program & use right away, due to the easy to follow directions. I actually returned another timer last week because I couldn't figure it out. I have mine set in a continuous loop to turn a sprayer on for 1 minute, then off for 4 minutes. It's working like a charm, 2 thumbs up!
